My loan has successfully completed. What now?

We recommend you login to your up2drive account with the email address and password you provided in your application.    You will be able to manage your account, review transaction history, and update personal/bank information.

Why was I declined?

As required by law, you will receive a written letter by mail, within 30 days of our decision, which will provide you with instructions on how to obtain the specific reasons for our credit decision, along with other important information. The letter will also advise you on how to obtain a copy of your credit report directly from the credit reporting agency.
