Why was I declined?

Our credit decisions are based in part on information contained within consumer credit reports up2drive obtains from third-party credit reporting agency.  up2drive also considers information that you provide on your credit application. up2drive reviews each credit report and credit application and considers various factors such as credit score, number of credit accounts open, payment history, income, credit capacity, and other factors. Like many other lenders, up2drive also has a proprietary processes for evaluating all of this information in order to make an informed credit decision. For privacy reasons, up2drive representatives are unable to access and discuss the specific reasons for the credit decision.

As required by law, you will receive a written letter by mail, within 30 days of our decision, which will provide you with instructions on how to obtain the specific reasons for our credit decision, along with other important information. The letter will also advise you on how to obtain a copy of your credit report directly from the credit reporting agency.
