A franchise vehicle dealership normally includes the manufacturer in the dealership’s name (ex. Bob Smith Ford; Saturn of San Diego; Bob Jones Chevrolet, etc.).
Independent used car lots and automobile brokers are not franchise vehicle dealerships.
