What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

My loan has successfully completed. What now?

Please find the loan type you financed and ensure the vehicle registration and title process is completed:

REFINANCE

  • Ensure your previous financial institution has released the title and has sent the documentation to BMW Bank of North America,  5550 Britton Parkway, ATTN: Title Department  Hilliard, OH  43026.
  • Mail the Restricted Power-of-Attorney form from up2drive at the address listed on the form.  This form allows to complete the title transfer on your behalf.

NEW/USED FRANCHISE DEALERSHIP

  • The dealership where you purchased your vehicle is required by law to complete and file state required title paperwork.
  • Confirm with the dealership that the vehicle paperwork has been sent and that BMW BANK OF NORTH AMERICA is listed as the new lien-holder.

Why was I declined?

Our credit decisions are based in part on information contained within consumer credit reports up2drive obtains from third-party credit reporting agency.  up2drive also considers information that you provide on your credit application. up2drive reviews each credit report and credit application and considers various factors such as credit score, number of credit accounts open, payment history, income, credit capacity, and other factors. Like many other lenders, up2drive also has a proprietary processes for evaluating all of this information in order to make an informed credit decision. For privacy reasons, up2drive representatives are unable to access and discuss the specific reasons for the credit decision.

As required by law, you will receive a written letter by mail, within 30 days of our decision, which will provide you with instructions on how to obtain the specific reasons for our credit decision, along with other important information. The letter will also advise you on how to obtain a copy of your credit report directly from the credit reporting agency.

What vehicles do you finance?

up2drive finances vehicles for personal use only. 

Vehicles we are unable to refinance include:  Vehicles manufactured by Suzuki, recreational vehicles,  ATV’s, jet skis, boats, mobile homes, motor homes, camper vans, trailers, conversion vans, commercial vehicles, business vehicles,  leased vehicles, amphibious vehicles, armored vehicles, motorcycles, limousines, taxis, tow trucks, tractors, dump trucks, freight liners, farm equipment, kit cars, show cars, branded/junk/salvaged/rebuilt title vehicles, gray market vehicles, lemon law vehicles, converted engine vehicles, three-wheeled vehicles,  vehicles that do not have a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or title issued, repossessed vehicles, vehicles sold through brokers/auction houses, vehicles sold through independent dealers (non-franchised), vehicle sold to members of the same family/same address and vehicles being sold by a business.

How do I know that up2drive has received my faxed documents?

If you have used our fax cover sheet located on the reverse side of the Drive Check instructions, submitted all the required documents during our business hours, and completed all necessary information, please allow one hour to process and review the documents. 

We will contact you with an authorization number.  Our business hours are: Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm Eastern.
